To list on pocket, the seller is required to provide proof of ownership and a seller’s disclosure.
Proof of ownership – can be proven by providing one of the following:
- Property deed
- Purchase documents
- Property tax receipts
- Mortgage payment records
- Homeowners insurance policy in the seller’s name
